I've been out on the MTB a reasonable amount. Keep missing the night group rides but been out on my own. Today I paid a visit to the Nevis Range MTB trails. Good fun. Are you still commuting by bike Maz? |

I’ve not done it for a few weeks HP Don’t fancy it in darkness tried to get a decent 20miler over the weekend Have been doing some spin bike in the week prior to classes, 20-25 minutes /10km ish but i find that hard to believe so I just call it cardio/ no distance |

Just had a call from the bike shop - my new bike is here! Picking up Tuesday! They had said January a few weeks back, so I am chuffed to bits!
