Knowing how fast Metronome went before, I can only imagine how fast she will be if she feels firmer and faster in the MTB shoes!!! I have upgraded to MTB SPD pedals and shoes, love them. Really loose release and big fat pedals so it is possible to rest on the pedals without being clipped in, if need be. Did a 10 miler the other day, experimenting, and honestly i could think of nothing else but my feet! However did my usual cycle to work today, and it was a lot more intuitive, a wee bit quicker i feel, and i definitely enjoyed it! Still an utter noob tho, always |

I'm not sure I'll ever be ready for SPDs. I have been to a LBS to inquire about a new hardtail MTB on my cycle to work scheme. They have no bikes at the moment but said to do a tour of bike shops from end of the month as they should all be getting more stock in

possibly stupid question I want to put my turbo tyre on (potentially keep swapping the tyre to use outside (good practice) if I want to!) my normal tyres say 700x25 but the turbo tyre say 700x23 can I use the same tube? I assume yes for 2mm?! |
