Yorkshire need another heavyweight to balance the batting as I don't think there's enough experience in there - apart from Lyth - bearing in mind Root has played so little county cricket in the last few years. Brook and Kohler-Cadmore have been inconsistent for the past few years and Loten is v inexperienced. And Tattersall as w/k always feels like a stop-gap measure to me. The bowling looks decent once you throw in Thompson and Waite in too though.
