We are also booked to have a tour of the MCG, hope it will be a good day out. Enjoy! We did the MCG tour in 2013 - had a great time (despite the persistent rain!*). *It was raining when we landed in Melbourne. It was still raining when we left for NZ - 2 days later. |

Sounds great. I did the MCG tour in 1986 and 2014. On the second tour the guide reckoned that the only bit of the stadium that remained from 28 years earlier was probably the floodlights!
