Creaks and Streaks

There's a new graph available in the Training Control Panel (i.e. the column of graphs on the left of the 'Train' page).

It's called 'Creaks and Streaks' - and it's a mini version of this table here:

To sit opposite the idea of 'Streaking', I made up the term 'Creaking' to reflect consecutive days of NOT running. That's what I spent a fortnight doing over Easter (creaking, not making the graph).

not sure it is right. It says I have had one period of 7 days consecutive rest in 2013 ( even when swimming, biking at XT are included) But the thingy-thon says otherwise and I don't remember a 7 day rest

Hummm I dont really understand it cos I am on day 49 of mu streak and it doesnt say I have run +7 days at all
