See how many miles you can run or walk in 6 or 12 hours. Bring friends along for a challenge. Entry form can be downloaded from my website www.pamstorey.co.uk Proceeds from this race are used to build an orphanage and boarding school in Uganda.

Unlike many ultra's its a very sociable run as you're within sight of everyone all the time and can run a few laps with someone who otherwise you might never get to run with in an event...

lany Nov 2011 5:20pm, 8 Nov 2011 123 posts	0 lany just a quick question regarding the crawly 6hr 12hr,if somrone was running at a faster pace,would they have to run on the outside lanes to avoid doging in and out of other runners,any help on this would be great.
Kaja Nov 2011 6:09pm, 8 Nov 2011 543 posts	0 Kaja I think in Pam's events it's the slow ones who run on the outside [of lane 1] thus leaving the space on the inside for the fast ones so they can run shortest distance. I might be wrong though I'm in for 12 hr
