Good to see you too Hipps! So nelmar - excellent time - you have intrigued me - "nice to race on the roads I train on"... so where do you live exactly? I'm used to training on these roads alone, and sometimes with my club. So you're local right? |

You might well know me by sight too, as the Harriers start from the car park below Lux Park leisure centre on Thursdays and we're often milling about on Tuesdays before our speedwork sessions too.
