Course best by 15 secs here too - well done to ECH, that was excellent all round. Back for more 'punishment' next year hopefully :-)

Cheers everyone, club are really pleased with how it went.

Mine was a course pb by 22 seconds, and I made up 1 minute 15 seconds on last years splits in the 26-26.2 section, so it shows the merits of keeping on right til the end!

We aim to make it even better next year! I'm now in stats mode trying to work out how I effectively ran the same race twice, and how I can change it for the better next year... Hmm hmmm

Kk .. Eden is much tougher. The hills ain't so brutal and its all on road
