I think it's 2-way (it definitely push as well as pull, or is that pull as well as push?) - it'll depend how they've implemented it

Do I need to configure anything, as I have connect/strava synced, and I've uploaded lots of things of into Stava and they haven't appeared in Connect. I wonder if its because TomTom is sending to |

Yeah I found that Meglet, works well other than waiting for the link. Do you need to bulk download though or can you export item by item?
