Copying a Race Listing to a New Date

For most races, if no-one has set up the race you want in Fetch yet, you either find it from a previous year and copy to new date, or if a brand new race then add it from scratch. However, if the race has only been run once before, then the option to copy to a new date seems to be missing, it's only there if there are 2 or more versions of the race. eg I'm trying to set up the 2017 version of this race that I added for the first time last year http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewracedetails.php?id=1030327 I don't think it's something weird just about that race, as the same occurs with http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewracedetails.php?id=751559, but others eg http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewracedetails.php?id=972131 have the option to copy to a new date I've checked on both a PC and the phone to no avail. Any pointers, or is it a feedback ?
