I connect them as external harddrives because I have no drivers for them... I am buying a desktop, not a laptop, they are cheaper. I have a smart-ish phone. It has bluetooth, but it won't connect to my Garmins... I may be able to, but I am such a technophobe! I always turn everything off! Only just discovered for example that my car has bluetooth... I only had it 3 years 🤣 I prefer to go out without a computer to be honest... But putting in the routes is a pain!
