Instead of diving into Tebay services in the M6 I dropped to the Tebay village and took a lovely wee run up Blease Fell. (Zones, healthier journey and save a few quid from the crap I would have bought at the services).

If you go to the conq map page, it shoes you "Your Recent Activity" ie a list of which zones you've been to, by date. That should tell you whether or not today's activity has recorded properly

I will be buying a computer, once I have a building in which to put it a proper desktop with a proper printer so I can print labels for my medicine and keep my admin properly AND do on line consultations.
