Colapse after race

Hi wondered if anyone could advise. Had a few dizzy spells at the end of races but latest was at the end of a long walk when I collapsed at the end, had to have oxygen and stuff. Recognise that not enough food and drink was a problem but wondered if anyone else has had this and has any advice.

I had a similar experience an hour after finishing London this year. I don't know what caused my problem, but I think it may be linked to a drop in blood pressure.
