Going to New York next weekend to see the Christmas hell there and then on to Hong Kong and Australia where, hopefully, there will be nothing of consequence Christmas wise and defintely none of the associated misery in UK soaps, no Strictly Xmas specials (or pretty much the same as every other day of the year scheduling wise) etc
