Jambomo
Tomorrow I shall be making this for our starter: bbcgoodfood.com

That’s my contribution, my brother is taking care of the rest, since he’s the professional. 😊

Love Christmas Eve - I'll get the giblets in for stock in the morning and the house will smell deliciously of turkey stock all day. And then off for a run too of course!

I wouldn't thank you for that soup jambomo. I'm sure your guests will though.

I haven't checked for giblets. I already have some chicken stock made and currently defrosting.

Stock is bubbling, sausage meat stuffing made, sprouts par boiled and cooling, just one more stuffing, carrots and parsnips and starter to sort. And the kitchen isn't yet a complete bombsite!

Visitors have arrived and eaten lunch. I've sent the grown ups to walk dogs whilst I sit and prep spuds. Soup is on. Stock reducing.

Rosehip
getting a bit behind on my list - partly due to a batch of lemon curd made to use up a lot of egg yolks.

Tiffin, sausage rolls and mince pies still to do ( I think)
