Probably a no from me this year as I've got tentative London plans for the autumn, but as it's my nearest marathon event I'll always be curious to hear what's going on and who is running it.

Yes but I’d rather pay £10 more for a race I’m definitely doing than potentially waste all the rest by entering now and not making it

Oh V-rap - your change of avatar has confused me I'm contemplating entering one or the other. I retire at the end of March 2022 and I was thinking about celebrating by training for a marathon (I've never done one). A Fetchfest marathon would be just perfect. Do you get the option of dropping down to the Metric nearer the time if you think you're not going to make the full marathon? |
