Shall I concede now! Blackpool marathon this weekend, Park run RD the week after, and then a couple of Ultra' s coming up. I'll never get that speed in my legs before you do.

You never know! I've just started doing speedwork with Cheltenham & County Harriers so hopefully it will pay off very soon!

Change in speedwork payoff = 4-6 weeks for me, but then you only need to shave off 10 seconds right? I've noticed a big difference after joining Stroud AC 6 months ago, compared to just training on my own. You cant shirk an interval whne there's 10 others doing it too! |

18:13 is the pb set at Cardiff. Yeah I've noticed already that I am pushing muself more. I think its down to the fact, I do not want to be beaten by 14 year olds!

Well somehow I managed to finish first today! An unofficial time of 18:01  So close to the sub 18 and a massive 12 second new pb!!!
