Have they changed the route for this? I will enter soon but looking on the homepage it says its 2 loops of 13.1 miles. I'm sure it was originally an out and back route? (could just be memory problems though)

Is it me, or does the website hint that this might be a bit of a shambles? The route looks as if they dipped a drunken fly in some ink, and let it wander over a map. chelmsfordmarathon.org.uk And the water stop information is hardly inspiring: Q – Will there be refreshment stops? A- Yes, in selected areas water stations will be available. Bananas will also be avaliable on selected stations. |
