Thanks Cam. Had forgotten about this old thread. Strange how my post from 2016 would be mirrored for last weekend - except I was 45 minutes slower again this year. But what a fantastic race/event/weekend. A wee bit of ultra magic with maybe some of the best views in the UK - snow-dusted Scottish mountains, rolling Perthsire countryside, moors and hills, blue, blue skies all day long. I managed to keep going until 1am (after a 5am start) before a cosy night in my tent. Definitely one of the best race weekends ever.
