Looking at the road closures we shall probably park up in Penarth and walk down the hill to the barrage bit. Will walk along and say hello for sure

Racing might be too strong a word Dai, but I'm certainly running! :-)

I'm missing this year but am trying to console myself by the thoughts of being on a plane to Lanzarote whilst you're all shivering in cardiff.

Oh and the fact I get to do this..................

Wonder if they can measure distance properly in the canaries. ;)

Apparently flatter than a flat thing that's been flattened.
(It's along the sea front.)

Where did you find the list of road closures, Dai Bank? Wish they would start the race a bit later then at least all the locals could use the valley trains and would free up more space for the out of towners.

Hi Dai Bank, don't reply, I've found the pdf with the road closures! I'll just do the same as last year and park by 7.30 - last year was free parking in County Hall so maybe I'll try that again.

About This Thread

Maintained by Caterpillar
Post race drinkies in The Eli Jenkins between Bute Crescent and Stuart Street. (Stand with your back to the front of the armadillo just outside where the big words are, turn 45 degrees to your left, it is about 100m in front of you). Hopefully drinkies will be accompanied by flapjacks and welsh cakes.
