Cardiff Half Marathon - pre and post race thread

I've got a spare coach ticket leaving London at 12 noon Easter Friday and back on Saturday 5.30 if anyone wants it for free ?

I found it mildly amusing watching hundreds of knackered runners being forced to shop with their partners/families knowing I'm not the only one! Cardiff hosts a great event, the best big half marathon in the country imho.
