I had a similar experience to Badger.
Well, several actually.
3 times I was heftily barged from the side, and twice I had to abruptly almost stop - the first when a man shot straight across me from the left to hug his wife (presumably) on the right, and towards the end a pedestrian decided not to wait for the marshal's permission to cross and walked out right in front of me with her buggy into a space that wasn't there :-o
