SO I now have no pain whatsoever at all and can stretch etc. It's been 6 days since I pulled the calf. Can I now run or should I give it to Sunday, just to be sure? |

I know that's right. Just needed someone to tell me to be sensible.... I guess my problem is how long do I wait? Is Sunday OK? Should it be longer? |
