when you say spasm do you mean the whole calf spasms? or little flutterings throughout the muscle?

seem to remember this coming up before..... had a quick lookie about and this answer seemed familiar

basically it is acclimatisation and making sure you are getting enough electrolytes.... but i am not a doctor!!
