Max71 Jul 2006 7:19pm, 16 Jul 2006 0 posts	Max71 Good point....today I cant even remember what the pain was like and I'm angry at myself for walking during a 5k, yesterday when you were 'cheering' me on i was trying to keep the vomit out of my mouth, and when i'd finished my eyes went all funny....today though I just keep thinking, well it couldn't have been that bad you big wimp.

Some days I try for a PB andf others I'm more than happy to plod and wave
