Didn't Max get a PB this morning? I think she said so. It was awesome, Stumpy! I am so impressed at the organisation, and so amazed that people do this apparently for nothing. I'll be back, as someone bigger than me once said. |

Cat, lovely to meet you too...you look just like your photo. How weird. I got a PB today AND...AND.....went sub 30 for a 5k for the first, but no way the last time in my life. It's just sunk in now 6 hours later, I think I was too out of it at the end to realise or take it in.....now I need to work towards 25 minutes...... bptt.net - Bertie, Kath (La Psidente) and I made it onto the front page of the photos......... Gob's will get an email over to you shortly.......:-) |

well done Max!! I thought that was a PB for you. as you came over the line we were all going 'wow that's safely under the thirty, well done well done', but I don't think you were really paying attention! fair enough! and on the results, mine says a PB too..........!! woohoo!! except I distinctly remember him saying 24:30 as I came across the line..... oh well, a PB is a PB! and it's my best for the last 4 or 5 years (a long way off the best I have ever done, but I am not quite such a spring chicken these days!) so I am happy to accept that. a new one to aim for.
