Gawd know what I was saying to PB in the second photo! I look like I swallowed a wasp I shall have to smile nicely at my next one and ditch the hat!!! Actually I sooo do not care - it was such good fun.<br><br>Thanks Gobi - I'm gonna improve each time I run this now - I'm on a mission.<br><br>The knee feels fine after a 2.78 mile slow run today with Aimee, so looking forward to my intervals session Tuesday now and my neighbour's booked me for a fartlekking session Wednesday evening. <br>
