It was hexellent DIY! Great fun this morning, but a rather long queue on the computers. I pressed that timing button 410 times. My thumb's gone a bit sore now.

I paced Zoe round, but tbh i was so tired it was a good excuse not to feel i should have gone faster............cos i couldnt

Boo, I didn't see Diva Thanks for the compliment Diva (I am feeling a bit better running now but still only 4x a week, in fact only 2x last week but that's another story). I had done 5k beforehand and was wondering what I could do 10k in...transpired the pace was too fast to be my LSR (which it was meant to be today 'cos I am supporting tomorrow at Tunbridge Half). Kirsty said you were stalking her and she was stalking Shiraz Oh the fun...and that whippersnapper pipped Lirsty on the line. The cheek of it, after all her encouragement!
