Just wanted to say thanks very much PB and Hollywood for the great run today, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Oddly though, when I arrive home and got out of the car I nearly fell flat on my face as my right knee gave way. It looks like I've picked up a minor injury - hurts to straighten the knee and also when I put moving weight on it - possibly a tendon? I've cancelled my long run tomorrow morning, just in case! A bit of a rest swimming and x-training now looks on the cards! Going to the next BPTT on 8 April.
Thanks again :-)

Oops - hope the injury isn't too bad, Lalli!

Well raced - especially in the way you clawed back 20m to claim a place on the line :-) - clearly that's a first PB but there's more to aim for...

I'll be back there next week - but probably marshalling ahead of Cranleigh the next day - then marshalling again on the 1st - so my next BPTT race is the 8th April too.

Hi there - thanks for the support. Yes PB that wind was Siberian! The knee seems to have eased up now, so I must have just twisted it. I'm going to take it easy tomorrow anyhow.
See you on the 8th then HW.:-)
TMW - 21 minutes is a decent 5km time! Based on that time it's still your longer races you have to get faster - I'm 40 seconds slower than you over 5km but 3 miinutes faster over a half marathon - stop looking at the scenery ;-)

Oh - and see you on the 1st too!
