I had high hopes of either running or helping, but started getting a cold yesterday, and didn't even wake up this morning until 8.30, I think perhaps my body is telling me to take it easy today. I might try the old trick of trying to kill the germs by getting the right level of alcohol in my bloodstream. Will report back on progress later. Hope everyone has a lovely time!
