....currently involved in the sport of Extreme Mince Pie Production for tomorrow's RPTT. 72 completed at an avg pace of 23mins per dozen without the involvement of any training schedule :P
Avg HR of 105, no uptake of carbs during the event (had soo many chocs at work today) and wine at each changeover of trays :P

Good effort with the mince pies DIY - I am currently involved in more of an LSR event - Christmas cake in oven for next 3 hours. We will gloss over the fact that it should have been made a month ago!
