Kieren Oct 2007 2:03pm, 20 Oct 2007 2,216 posts	Kieren I really enjoyed RPTT today. I think I might be a regular there. I love BPTT but I think the undulations in Richmond Park will help push my Lactate Threshold up faster and make me a better runner - something I could do with now it's xc season
Kirsty Oct 2007 8:35pm, 20 Oct 2007 230 posts	Kirsty Some fetchies at RPTT today who I don't know! I was the numpty that arrived late and started 2 minutes after everyone else. I thought it would be really demoralising but in fact was the exact opposite, as I challenged myself to see how many people I could catch up (11). Enjoyed the change of scenery but I'll be back at beepy next week.

Kieren - still in admiration of your TT today post Berlin. (Sorry can't for the life of me remember the name of the lady sitting next to me at coffee/breakfast......please, help me on that one, is it Helen/Hazel/Heather?). Great to see MP and Jen after last night - (take a nurofen before you look at DIY today with my delayed onset hangover) Mr & Mrs F - not funkin just FAB, baby (Austin Powers style)

(Don't mind which, although any tips on where the heck BW and BP are would be great - the sites, which are otherwise lovely, seem to presume you know exactly where you're going, and I've never heard of either Bushy Park or Banstead Woods outside Fetch threads...)
