How are you?
Only 5km (last Sat) since Berlin, what a slacker I am! Kicking this cold out of the door by the end of today, I'd say.
RPTT- Think I'm on timing (stress, stress)
Mr DIY (aka Dad of Zog, aka Paul) is on timing at BPTT today. He'll see you, Stumpy and Caterpillar there.
Have a good one, everyone :-)

......now what to wear, what to wear?? So much easier slinging running kit on! :-)

RPTT didn't want my volunteer services.

Now that I have offered I feel like I have cheated on BPTT

Heading down to BPTT today to make amends

I thought RPTT was postponed?

I'm hopefully going to do my first ever TT today at WC...

Yes - RPTT was postponed (sorting insurance out) so we did a 'rehearsal' instead which was great as there were a few hiccups with the equipment. Stumpy, Mr Pushy Parent brought his boys and missed the start so they were spared this week. Oh, I dislike that man.
12 runners to practice with, Mr P S-H showing the route on his bike (we cheered him in :-) ) Will load the pics from my phone when back at work on Monday.
I gather Orlando had a near miss with the data this morning.
Hope you all had a good one :-)

Amazing this morning. Won by a bloke in 15:08 (!!!) and the second place was about 17:09. He wasn't even in sight when the winner came through. I seriously wondered if they were in the same race.

Wow! That is the best bit about helping out...seeing those speedy ones. Wow. 1st one in at RP was 19:ish. He said it was about a min on what he usually does. Bit of a toughy with that slow long drag up to the finish, I think.

Diva - Mr Pushy Parent, GAH! boo hiss.....

we had a couple of vomiters today, but at least 'their people' weren't so unsympathetic.

all went pretty well my end, with the wonderful support from Caterpillar :-)

PS, yes, I reckong RPTT is going to be slower even than Bushy. Bushy is up to 30 secs slower than a flat road race (apparently) and then RP will be even more than that!
