Hello

It was good to see you all today even though it was a bit brief.

I missed the start, which isn't really all that unusual for me and had a pretty good run.

After that Kirsty and myself went along for our free lesson of Military Fitness which was pretty cool.

Tough though - I realised I have zero core strength and was pretty drained after all maner of squats & burpies. The running bits were awesome though - where the rest of the group struggled, these were the parts where Kirsty and I could catch our breath a bit.

I really enjoyed it and if it wasn't for Berlin Marathon I'd be back next week

Hi All, great to see some friendly faces again. Sorry I didn't stay and chat for long. Went for coffee at the usual spot with Mr and Mrs Tappers and some random children who were bouncing off the walls after cokes and hot chocolates. So we we didn't stay for long - none of the regulars seemed to have even arrived by the time we were forced to leave by management. Better luck next time I guess.

I have to add to Kieren's comments that the running bits were also the only bits where we had any clue what the army man was talking about!
I barely managed to say hello to anyone today - was zooming from one thing to another.

I'm thinking of doing my first bushy park time trial next saturday. Is there any place there to keep my personal things securely locked away or looked after?
