Le Greg - new improved recipe Aug 2007 3:15pm, 23 Aug 2007 3,850 posts	Le Greg - new improved recipe The problem with that is if you stick BPTT in the middle you'll either : - stop at the end for a chat, and therefore lose momentum and make it hard to restart - not stop at the end and then what's the point? I am tempted to do it as miles 17-20 but that means a horrendously early start, so I'll probably give it a miss.

Kitty Aug 2007 3:33pm, 23 Aug 2007 379 posts	Kitty Well I'm leaving the logistics of the 20 miles to Bertie - I trust her not to make me do anything too horrible as a start to my bank holiday weekend As someone who does lots of training by canals and on the Thames path, I'm a bit picky too about what constitutes a hill these days...a slight undulation and my poor little legs have had enough...
