I am so chuffed with my time yesterday. I have something very radical to say now: I think it's the fact I am training more, working on my core, eating and drinking properly. Perish the thought that working hard might get some results...! Have just had two shifts from hell on Labour Ward. Am off for a 5 mile run to relax. Mrs F xx
