Max71 Jul 2007 10:50pm, 1 Jul 2007 8,137 posts	Max71 I needed to do 6 miles yesterday JL, so I ran for a bit, then did Bushy, then ran again after (straight after Bertie and Gobi made me) it was only as I got to mile 5 that I realised I had something like 15 minutes to do the last mile in. I went for it and knocked nearly 2 minutes off my PB. I have to say I run a lot better when I dont look at my garmin and just run the way I feel....plus I guess the marathon training is building my fitness back up again.
