He's cycled it loads of times but this morning when I asked if he wanted to run he said yes. I had him out of the house like a flash. He's so not into running, but love swimming and cycling I think he just did it to shut me up.

My son always does a 3 miler with my OH before any of her long races - it's become a bit of a family tradition - 3 miles 2 days before a marathon!! And he has done a couple of fun runs when we are racing so 5ks should be a natural progression,,,:-) BooBoo - Snappy sent us a lovely text earlier saying you had both run strongly and that you had been grreat company.

Bertie - I really wasn't bouncing or laughing today - poor Snaps, he really wasn't getting the best running Boo today!!
