Results aren't up yet, but Kirsty's time means I only have 2 mins to lose until I can run along side her. How long d'you reckon that'll take, 2 weeks, maybe 3?

well, I lost 1:15 in 3 weeks, so I reckon 4 weeks just to be on the safe side :-)

Yep, 22.31 on my watch, six second pb so I'm happy. I couldn't even see Greg's dust had I wanted to eat it. It's wierd running beepy faster than usual, you don't recognise any of the people around you!

Officoal time 22.33 - obviously I am not very good at pressing my watch buttons! Make that a 4 second pb then.

Well done on those PB's! Must say, I found it a bit busy... and I hate 5k's, even after a 5k warmup I still found it hard work and only really go into it when I had to slow down and get my token :-(

How about a 10k Time Trial? :-)

Anyway, please that I managed to run 5.05 min/k's for 5 km without the knee playing up... not run this fast for over half a year... but shan't be doing a 5k race again in a hurry, not even as a tempo run like today. It is agonisingly short :-)

Official time 21:37. Well, I'm staying with 21:34. I took 22:00 last week when my watch read 21:59, but this week the start was so busy that I was extra careful to start the watch when I crossed the line. So I am claiming 21:34. So there.
