Apr 2007 1:39pm, 5 Apr 2007 0 posts	A question: Did this very slowly in Dec Did it last week and beat Dec time by 3 minutes by running my guts out (so to speak) and really pushing myself (despite what the photos might suggest). Was very, very pleased with the result. How on earth can I improve on that this week?
