No - I don't think there's anything mental about doing a half ironman in hot weather, then turning out for a full speed-orientated training week including 3 races (plus these Fetch things too)<br><br>Also if I use a pace calc like "http://www.runningforfitness.org/calc/rp.php" then my 5km time is perfectly aligned with my 10km, 10 mile, and HM PBs - the only one that isn't aligned is my full mara.<br><br>See the rest of you soon!

That was H O T (both the weather and the 14:00 pace set by Craig Mottram)<br><br>And the new course layout is actually quite nice - the start's got a bit more space and the finish straight is now pretty much exactly 1km.<br><br>Next week I might actually be racing again
