Tarange: i've done it twice now (but then people know I just cannot get away from BPTT). First time was the day before a 10 miler - I ran round with Hollywood and we made sure we were slower than normal.

Second time was the day before my first half marathon. I ran only slightly slower than I could have done. I felt OK at the start of the half, but at mile 11 was really struggling. I guess it had something to do with the day before.

So, what you need to do is either come and run it very slowly, or help out at the finish line or something :)
