Kieren Dec 2006 12:45pm, 21 Dec 2006 0 posts	Kieren well. taking it easy was the plan & I managed to till about half way & then I just couldn't help myself. I have to try & be sensible though. I came back too soon a few weeks ago & just damaged my leg again. Strangely it seems able to handle the fast stuff - it's the slower long runs that seem to get it aching again. Are you going to run? You can take it easy too
