I'm in. I'm trying to take it easy though as the mamstring is in the final stages of recovery - well that's my excuse & I'm sticking to it ;)

Kieren, didn't you say you were taking it easy last week......? and then you went powering past tappers and Croc.... :-)

well. taking it easy was the plan & I managed to till about half way & then I just couldn't help myself.

I have to try & be sensible though. I came back too soon a few weeks ago & just damaged my leg again.

Strangely it seems able to handle the fast stuff - it's the slower long runs that seem to get it aching again.

Are you going to run? You can take it easy too

trust me. my body has forgotten how to do ANYTHING but take it easy. would probably be about 3.5 mins off a PB at the moment.

will see how all my various injured bits feel tomorrow after a 30 min run yesterday....

Still won't be there this weekend - even with the fog holding up planes.

Please think about volunteer to help at WCTT if you don't want to run it cos of the Tadworth Ten.

Now the important question...

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE MY REJECTION LETTER IS FOR FLM?

I really need it for tonight's club draw and I might have put it somewhere too safe :-(
