If you are in Bushy Park for Xmas morning then I highly recommend going to Hampton Open Air pool for a swim - its only about a mile away from the BPTT car park? Even those of you with broken shoulders will love it! And the bacon sarnies afterwards are superb too

I would love to do BP on christmas day but with my current situation i think i had better stay at home with my kids........eventhough they will probably all still be in bed till miday!!!!.grrrrrrrr!
