However, I am training specifically to be able to run as fast as H. And then, watch out... Stumpy - Xmas shopping? Can you give me my present this week please as I won't be at the Xmas one. So... Who's planning on switching from BPTT to WCTT?

Greg - the good news is that I seem to be training to run slower - whether I like it or not :o- (And on a serious note - if you do want to run faster then come do the Stragglers intervals sessions on Tuesday nights!) Now where are my shorts???

(they are clean though.....) re WCTT..... might try it out, but a bit of a schlep to get there regularly. Greg, shopping requirements duly noted.
