The young lady happened to be Shiraz, Hollywood's better half ! He said he'd swap her for 2 camels and a goat !! But I've talked him down to just the Camels !!;)

Get your @rse down to BPTT next week (there were at least 2 of us survivors from Abingdon running today!) .. although looking at your profile I suppose it might be quite a long way to come for a 5km!

Despite the marathon last week my legs feel great - but I had to sleep. And sleep I did. And sleep and sleep and sleep. It was great! Any PBs then?? Well done Bertie!!
