Well run all!

Especially to Cavey for making it on time :-)

Thanks also to al those who've given or pledged cash to the fleeces - I think the committee liked their new uniforms (and it'll help to guilt trip them into working on the event forever!)

Off for lunch but I will hunt out some Shiraz pictures later....

Hi all

Good to see you all - especially meeting Kieren, Andrew, Cavey, Hollywood (other than in a stalking capacity!) and Max

What a lovely day - thanks for running with me Kieren!

Hollywood - great job on the pressies. They were cool

Have good afternoons

Since you seem to be expecting this.... flickr.com

Runningwise it was still a bit hot for the Fetch shirt this morning... but I think it was good PB weather - well done BB!

Cavey - glad you made it (and on time!) - if you're looking for post-hangover GSR prep then there are a few of us plodding round BP tomorrow.

Ixus - given your last minute sign up to Abingdon, if you're doing a time-on-your-legs 20 miler tomorrow for confidence, I'd definitely recommend an easy, slow, flat one rather than a hard, fast, hilly one!

Today was really good.

It ws good running with you BB - you did amazing taking off a huge 12 seconds!

Although I didn't do as well as hoped, I was very happy with my result. I've changed the way I train - more base work than speed work) & although it's slowed me down a little feel a lot stronger over all distances & I think it wont take too long to see the benefits of setting firm foundations - at least that's what I hope.

Just got to motivate to keep running in the cold & dark - I think BPTT is going to be a great help for me over the winter.

It was good meeting some more Fetchies & well done to Hollywood for organising the whip-round & sorting out the cool fleeces. Good job!

Really enjoyed today. Fantastic turnout and good fun having so many people to overtake as I managed to skillfully place myself near the back. Had a very pleasant jog in the park overall :-)

Apart from HW I was Mr McGoo at end and didn't spot a single fetch vest. Everyone seemed to be wearing white for some reason.

Just squeaked a PB! 2 secs off and it's marginally longer course so very happy! Met Lalli, Vomit, Max and Caterpillar and had the usual shout from Hollywood at the end which just got me over the line for my PB.

Had to dash as it was my daughters 6th birthday party and I was on a tight deadline but it seems it all went very well.

See you all for the next one soon :-)

It was rather good wasn't it?

Nice to have a catch up, Bertie and I headed off to sweatshop afterwards so I could spend some of RW's money on running stuff. New trainers, new running bottoms and a new top......very nice.

H those fleeces were fab, and I forgot to give you some cash too!!!

Ixus, get those miles done baby....you got a marathon coming up!!

Right I'm off to look at the photos of Hollywoods Award Winning Girlfriend.
