A window of opportunity opened for me to get my third 20 miler in this morning, so off I trotted at 6am from sunny Balham to Richmond Park, one lap and back home. It was a gorgeous morning. As the sun rose both Wandsworth Common and RP had a mysterious low lying mist. Hope BP was fun for all and a PB or two were had
