I have a half marathon coming up, so I have been pushing up the distance and not worrying about speed, which might be the reason I've hit a plateau on the BPTT. The 7th Oct is probably the next opportunity for having a go at my 5k target but I might be even slower after 13.1 miles of mountains. Also - just in case anyone is interested, I cycled round and noted the exact 1k points on the BPTT. The course map isn't quite right since the 30m was added on, but I can upload some photos and descriptions, later, of what I think are the exact 1k points, if anyone cares. This will help me with pacing - if nobody else.
