Hollywoof!
If anyone knows anywhere BPTT could get a few more laptops (low spec but reliable and with good batteries) then we'd probably computerise the registration process too (I have this dream of a GPRS or 3G link putting the results live onto the website - would free up some of the drudgery from the BPTT website)

I am :o) You can never be too good looking or too well equipped! Also interested in any ideas anyone might have on how us lot could try to make the big anniversary run (Oct 7th) more fun :o) On other stuff... If any of you local lot are interested, then wisepranker is holding another of his 7 quid training sessions in Kingston this Sunday. I put my review of the last one that Shiraz and I attended on some other Fetch thread a little while ago - good luck finding it! Basic summary was that it was interesting for me to find out an "expert" view on my running gait and on some of the things I could try to do to change it. I'm definitely not saying it was life-changing, I'm definitely not attributing Shiraz's 1 minute BPTT PB to the session, but I think at 7 quid it was an interesting change of view for me - and Shiraz and I are definitely thinking about some additional things when we run now... (although I've been thinking about how to stop heel striking for quite a long time now anyway!) - if you're interested then dig around on momentumsports.co.uk or ping wisepranker (he doesn't bite - much) |

aaah, that would have been the 100th one wouldn't it? The One With The Cake (for those that missed it!) Shiraz was indeed posing for the cameras that day. |
